QMI is doing our part to keep the environment clean and safe by switching over to "green" products. These are products that are safe for the environment and do not contain toxic or harsh ingredients. We use "green" products for most of our cleaning services, general cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, etc. Together, we will make your workplace a safe and environmentally friendly establishment.

We hire our own employees and create a team specifically for your office building. This ensures team accountability, clear communication, and consistent cleaning methods.
We stay in regular communication with building managers and respond quickly to feedback. We adapt to any updates or changes to your cleaning needs.
Our team takes your cleaning specifications and develops a daily routine to get it all done. They address any unique situations, seasonal tasks, and specific detail work.
In addition to a night crew, we provide day porter services upon request. Our on-site supervisor performs daily quality checks to ensure all areas are up to standard.
